ViewSonic - Broadcasting to Multiple Panels
The following instructions will assist you with creating a broadcast for a singular event. For example, a career fair, parent night, etc. If you would like to run the same broadcast over multiple days, please follow the ViewSonic: Creating a Job set of instructions. 1. In ClassLink, click on the Technology folder and then click on the MyViewBoard app.
2. Click on the Microsoft icon and sign in with your district Microsoft account.
3. Once you are logged in, you should see a box that says Manager. Click on this button. If you do not see this button, please email Erika Fischer at erika.fischer@indianriverschools.org and she will ensure that you have the correct permissions, with school admin approval.
4. Next, find the ViewSonic(s) that you would like to Broadcast to and click the box next to the device name. You can also search for devices by searching the school (ex: TCE, VBHS, SRHS, etc.)
5. Once the device(s) are selected, click on the Broadcasting icon at the top of the screen.
6. In the Broadcast popup, select Media Content.
7. Click the Plus button and then select the type of Media content you will broadcast. Through trial and error, we have found that a video as the background to a Canva website works the best when it comes to broadcasting.
8. Upload your media content, by following the instructions. Please take note of the size requirements when uploading audio, video, image, or PowerPoint files. Once you have uploaded your content, click the Add button.
9. Choose the duration of your broadcasted content. Then when you are ready to broadcast, click "Ok."
