Use Incognito Window to Login as Student

If you have not already set your ClassLink to open in an incognito window, click here for instructions.

1) Open an incognito window by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser. 

2) Select New Incognito Window

3) Use the web address launchpad.classlink.com/irc Links to an external site. to get to ClassLink.

4) Click Sign in to ClassLink

5) Sign in using the student's email address and password. Click here for instructions for retrieving that information from Focus.

If presented with a request to verify the current password, enter the student's password twice.

If presented with an error message that the password is invalid, double check that you have the correct information from Focus.

Once you're logged in as the student, you can troubleshoot the issue the student is having.
