Signing in to the Whiteboard Software

The instructions below are written versions of the videos on how to sign in to the Whiteboard software using either the Companion App or Microsoft.

1. Open the myViewBoard Whiteboard Software on your computer. 

2. In the bottom right corner of the screen you should see a sign-in window pop open. 

3. There are two options for signing into the Whiteboard Software. 

Option 1 (The Quickest Option): Using the Companion App. 

• Open the Companion App on your Phone.
• Make sure you are signed into the Companion App. If you are not, click the Host/IT button, sign in with Microsoft and Type in your School Email and Password. 
• Click the QR Reader Button and point your phone camera at the QR Code shown in the bottom right corner of your laptop or panel screen. 
• This will automatically sign you into your account and give you access to your OneDrive Files.

Option 2: Signing in With Microsoft 

• Click on the Microsoft Symbol on the sign in box on the Whiteboard Software.
• This will open a Chrome Window.
• Sign in to Microsoft using your school email and password. 
• Once you have signed in, click back into the Whiteboard software. 
• It may take a few moments, but the software will reload with you signed in. 
• *Note* If you are doing this directly on the panel you will need to click the home button, then click the Whiteboard app again.
