Savvas Sound Fix
If your students do not have sound within a Savvas test, please follow the directions below to reset the default settings on their Chromebook.
1) In the browser, click the 3 dots in the upper-right corner
2) Click Settings
3) Click Reset Settings
4) Click Restore settings to their original defaults
5) Click Reset settngs
6) It will spin for a moment, then return to this screen. Once you are back here, exit out. The student will need to log in to ClassLink again, and then the sound within Savvas will work.
