DART - One Click Device Return Lookup

To return a device from a student:

1.  Click SDIRC-1.
2.  Click One Click Device Return Lookup.

3.  Enter the device serial number (type or scan).
4.  Click Next.
      *NOTE* If you are using a scanner, you do not have to click Next. The new screen pops up automatically.

A new screen will pop up here to help us keep track of missing AC Power Adapters (chargers).

If the student is returning a charger:

5a. Leave AC Power Adapter box UNCHECKED.
6. Click Submit.

IF the student IS NOT returning a charger:

5b: Check the AC Power Adapter box.
6. Click Submit.

We will be able to run reports for a summary of those missing chargers.
